Free Trees and Outstanding Entertainment

The Branson Christmas Coalition hosted a holiday-themed luncheon on Friday, April 27 to inspire and encourage early planning and widespread participation in the community-wide efforts to make Branson, “America’s Christmas Tree City.” Twenty-one organizations who have supported the Branson Christmas Coalition over the past two years were recognized at the luncheon. More than 150 were in attendance at Jesus Was Homeless to learn about past accomplishments and future plans for the Christmas season in Branson. Holiday musical entertainment was provided by New South, who perform year-round at Grand Country Music Hall. Attendees each received a pine tree sapling as one way to help grow the Christmas tree effort in our area, courtesy of Liberty Utilities.
